Becky Lynch is the new WWE Women's World Champion.

Lynch won a battle royal on Monday's WWE Raw show to fill the Women's World title vacated by Rhea Ripley on last week's episode.

The battle royal came down to Lynch, Liv Morgan, and Nia Jax, with Lynch and Morgan teaming up to eliminate Jax. Earlier in the contest, Jax put Lynch through the announce table with a powerbomb.

Morgan and Lynch battled on the apron as the final two competitors, with Lynch avoiding Morgan's Oblivion finisher and winning the match after a Manhandle Slam forced Morgan to the floor.

Lynch commented on her victory on social media:

The title victory is the seventh World title win for Lynch in WWE after holding the SmackDown Women's title on four occasions, and the Raw Women's title twice. The Women's World title shares a lineage with the SmackDown title, but was renamed in 2023.

Lynch also has an NXT Women's Championship reign on her resume, but WWE is currently not recognizing the NXT titles as World Championships.
