The hits just keep on coming. Literally.
Top Browns wideout Amari Cooper exited the team's matchup with the Rams in the second quarter after taking multiple hits on a play that left him slow to get up. He'd eventually make his way to the blue medical tent along the sideline and was deemed questionable to return.
On third-and-four from the 50, starting quarterback, Joe Flacco hit Cooper on a quick slant off to the right side for what would have been a six-yard pickup, but Cooper dropped the pass then got sandwiched between two defenders who were attempting to bring him down on the play.
We all love Amari Cooper but he's had some back-breaking bad drops lately. This was another big 3rd down. Drops have been absolutely killing the #Browns offense this season and it's the whole team. They gotta fix this garbage. pic.twitter.com/oMeX9hTBRU

Cooper laid on the turf with his hands on his helmet for a short period of time before making his way to the sideline to be evaluated for a head injury. At the time, there was about 8:30 of game clock remaining in the quarter.
After Cleveland's defense forced a Rams three-and-out and got the ball back in the hands of the offense, which took the field without Cooper. Shortly after the start of that next offensive series, the 29-year-old wideout was seen heading to the locker room. His return is questionable while he goes through the league's concussion protocol.
Cooper is the Browns leading receiver this season, with 765 yards receiving and two touchdowns so far this season. Before exiting, the former Cowboy had hauled in three catches for 34 yards.
